Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee and delivers within 1-3 business days.

All our products are thoroughly tested and approved by veterinarians. However, we recommend consulting with your vet before introducing new foods or products, especially if your cat has specific health conditions.

We occasionally offer sample packs with orders. You can also purchase our trial-sized packages to test if your cat likes our food before committing to larger quantities.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 你们的退货政策是什么?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For defective products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We understand that cats can be picky! While we can't accept returns on opened food for safety reasons, we'd be happy to offer you a store credit or help you find a product your cat will love.
